Crown Counsel High Court Plea Clinic - 24 April 2026

Scott McKenzie is piloting a new initiative aimed at early resolution of High Court cases through setting up plea negotiation clinics.

Advocates and Solicitor Advocates are encouraged to make use of the initiative to discuss cases where there is a reasonable prospect of resolution.

The next clinic will be based within the SSC Library in Parliament House between 10am and 5pm. It would be helpful if the name of the case and PF reference could be emailed directly to Scott in advance.
