The Lounge
Work, Socialising, Events
The newly refurbished SSC Lounge is the ideal base for practitioners
working in the Higher Courts. There is a direct connection to the Court's tannoy system for regular updates.
Members' meetings, evening CPD and social events also take place in the Lounge and it is available for hire to members.

Work, Research
Take advantage of this well-stocked legal library for your research or enjoy a calm space to work. The Library is staffed during business hours but accessible with a door access card outwith these times.
Meeting Booths
Online work and meetings
Two sound-proofed booths are available for online meetings or work and are situated close to the lounge. These can be accessed with a door access card.
Office Bearers and Council
The SSC Society elects office bearers to represent the membership. They comprise a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. There is a Council drawn from the membership.
